Exciting things are happening for Miss Hoosier Mama!  We now have a ~NEW~ name and are making lots of BBQ sauce to get ready for the Spring/Summer grilling season!

Upcoming events: 
I will be at Ellie Anna Purse Co. in Lewiston, Maine on April 17th from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.  I am the featured artist in her NEW store and there will be lots of samples and yummy food for you to try!

Hello there!!  I have added a NEW button (to the right of the screen, near the bottom) for my customers.  
You can choose a 5 jar sampler of either 8 ounce jars or 16 ounces jars.  

*** If you want specific flavors, please write which ones you want in the "instructions for merchant".  
Otherwise, Hoosier Mama will select 5 delicious flavors for you.  :)

Already sold one sampler, and I will be mailing it out today!

It's  been a little while, but I wanted to let you know that my Wicked Mild Molasses BBQ sauce passed state testing and is now available for sale!! This one is a real crowd pleaser...kids and adults alike!

Local folks can ask Blackie's to start carrying it (currently they have Sweet Hot and Autumn Apple), or people "from away" can order it here on this blogspot for themselves or send to friends and family!

Hoosier Mama's Wicked Mild Molasses BBQ sauce is currently being tested by the state, as we speak.  I am excited to hear the results and will let y'all know as soon as I do what they are.  I am hoping to be able to sell it later this month in the 8 oz and 16 oz jars, in stores and online here!

The next sauce that I am working on is a SUPER hot one!!  My Big Red Buffalo Sauce isn't spicy enough for some of you folks, so.....I am going to concoct a new recipe this week that will cure all of those SUPER spicy cravings you have.

OTHER ideas for sauce??  Let me know in the comments....I would love to hear your ideas!!

They currently have the Sweet Hot BBQ and Autumn Apple BBQ sauces in the 8 ounce size jars.

Hoosier Mama's year in review....a new sauce in the works for 2014!

It has been a very busy December AND year for Hoosier Mama!

Developing and testing new recipes, getting the kitchen state- and city-licensed, obtaining a city business license, setting up 2 websites, and a PayPal account, getting BBQ sauce into 7 locations in Maine, doing a couple of craft fairs and 2 taste sampling at Bow Street Market....ONE TODAY (Dec 28th, 2013)!!

The VERY latest happening for Hoosier Mama has been a new sauce!!  She has been in the kitchen working on a new BBQ sauce for those of you who are a little weak at heart with spice, so to speak.  She is still working on the recipe and is in her second recipe, using some new ingredients too.  Should be delish!  

There will be an announcement when the new sauce is being released and people can start ordering it.  Can't wait for you to try the newest creation by Hoosier Mama!!
